Information about LMP01 and where to find support.

Why we do this work

A brain cancer diagnosis changes everything for patients and the people who love them. We started Curatio because we believe people with these diseases deserve better options, and we measure every decision we make against that goal.

Where LMP01 stands today

LMP01 is an investigational therapy in preclinical development. It has not yet been tested in a clinical trial and has not been approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority. We do not yet know whether it is safe or effective in people.

What we are working on

In July 2026, the FDA granted LMP01 Orphan Drug Designation for malignant glioma, which includes glioblastoma. We are running preclinical studies to test LMP01 in glioblastoma models and to measure how much of it reaches the brain. We are also preparing for early discussions with the FDA about a first clinical trial, and we are talking with leading US neuro-oncology centers about working together.

LMP01 is being designed so that patients could one day take it themselves, at home, through the nose. Our goal is a treatment that fits into daily life and reduces time spent in hospitals and clinics.

Access to LMP01

There is no clinical trial of LMP01 open today, and we are not able to provide it through expanded access, sometimes called compassionate use. We will revisit this as the program advances and will post any changes here.

We know this is hard to read when time matters. We encourage you to talk with your care team about the treatments and clinical trials available to you now.
